Sverre Jaasund

Sverre Jåsund has 45 years of oil & gas industry experience. During the period 2015 – 2020 Sverre was Business Manager of the training unit Schlumberger NExT in Scandinavia, responsible for delivering more than 100 courses per year – public, closed, customized, blended, domain, software, classroom, virtual etc. Sverre has more than 20 years experience in marine seismic processing and acquision in Schlumberger, plus 10 years as responsible for Geco-Prakla’s Spec/muliticlients surveys in Scandinavia. In 2001 he started as SIS (Schlumberger Information Solutions) Project Manager on the global 5 sites Information Management Implementation project for BP, and worked 5 years as on site SIS IM Service Manager at BP in Stavanger Norway. In many of his roles he has worked internationally and has also been on assignment to Perth Australia. His education is from the University of Stavanger; Information Management. Sverre joined Petrad in November 2020 as Project Director.
