Bjørg Sandal

Bjørg Sandal has extensive and varied experience from the oil and energy industry as well as from one of Norway´s four regional health authorities. She was the State Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy under Stoltenberg´s first cabinet. Experience from both public and private businesses, she now runs her own consultancy company.

For more than 30 years, Sandal has been part of the management team while heading up the Communications department in various large companies. She has considerable knowledge within strategy, leadership and communication, including change and restructuring management, media management, governmental contact, corporate social responsibility and marketing, as well as planning and moderating conferences and meetings.

She has much experience from various boards and large networks. Her education is from the University in Bergen (1980).
